I am still feeling under the weather. I am pretty sure I have a sinus infection and allergies all together. I am ready to get better because I don’t feel like doing much. I hope everyone’s week is going great. It is Friday, which means weekend fun! Weekend in our house means family time.
A couple of months ago I decide to start taking vitamins every single day. I wanted to take vitamins for my health and I needed more energy! Currently, I don’t take a lot of vitamins, I only take 3 right now, but I am doing my research to see what else I should start taking.
~ Vitafusion Multivitamin ~
I started taking these because I wanted to make sure I was taking a multivitamin. I decided gummy vitamins were better for me because vitamins in pill form can be huge. I am almost done with my first bottle of these and I am going to continue to take the same ones.
~ Walgreens B-12 Vitamins ~
I needed more energy and that is way I started taking B-12 vitamins. I was trying to find the Vitafusion ones, but I couldn’t find them at my Wal-Mart or Walgreens. I grabbed the Walgreen brand because it was buy 2 for $12, which was a great deal. I have noticed a huge difference in my energy since taking the B-12 vitamins.
~ Nature’s Bounty: Hair, Skin, and Nails Vitamins ~
I have been trying to find a great hair, skin, and nails vitamin to take daily. I took the vitafusion one and I didn’t like it. It seemed like they didn’t work. I didn’t see a difference in my nails, hair, or skin. I decided to try the Nature’s Bounty Brand because I have heard great things about them. I ended up getting 2 bottles at Walgreens because at the time it was buy 1 get 1 free.
